Introducing the Autistic Spectrum Disorders Resource Project web pages!
The intent of the Autistic Spectrum Disorders Resource Project, funded by the Department of Developmental Services, was to provide consumers and families with a comprehensive collection of information on autistic spectrum disorders. To meet this goal, the Family Resource Centers Network of California collected recommendations from parents and professionals across the state to develop the content of the web pages which were then reviewed and finalized by the Department of Developmental Services.
As a further resource, the Project also funded the Autistic Spectrum Disorders Resource Kit, a set of over thirty books and DVDs. The resource kits are available at each Early Start Family Resource Center throughout California (see Directory to locate the Early Start Family Resource Center in your area).
We hope that these parent-recommended resources will be helpful to you on your journey.
